Conveniently located near the shopping district, schools, theaters, restaurants. Whether you are looking for familiar franchises, or the farmers markets, South Venice has it all! There are so many delicious dining establishments you’ll be hard pressed to pick a favorite. Take a leisurely walk down the Legacy Trail or spend the day at your favorite beach and do some sun bathing or swimming the water temperature is always perfect!
